The year is 2808 in Oedo, a cybernetic megalopolis, where violent crime is rampant. To combat the chaos, police enlist the aid of captured criminals. Sengoku, Gogul, and Benten are the newest recruits and have a shot at reducing their sentence with each criminal apprehended. But with explosive collars around their necks and each serving 300 years, can they survive long enough to be free again?
